Scope of the company
Sentis AG operates an office in Zug, Switzerland and was founded in 2002 under the former name of Elbogross SA.
Its main 100%-subsidiary is Sentis Capital PCC which was founded in 2018 and serves as the asset management subsidiary specialising in treasury management and capital markets investments.
Sentis AGs other current and past investments include or included minority or majority ownership and management of real estate in the retail (such as Lucky Car; formerly A.T.U., specialised in car repair services), hospitality (Best Western Hotel Am Spittelmarkt in Berlin, City Palais Prague) and retail commercial property sector (Hoher Markt 12 in Vienna).
Sentis AG is a single-family office which operates as the parent holding company for the Kondrashev family’s investment portfolio. It is holding a portfolio of real estate investments and via its main subsidiary Sentis Capital PCC some minority stakes in listed companies.
