Sentis AG

Sentis AG is invested in several minority participations mainly in real estate, spread between retail, hospitality and residential property, based in Europe.

Sentis’ main 100%-subsidiary is Sentis Capital PCC, based in Liechtenstein, which serves as the asset management specialising in treasury management and capital markets investment. The majority of its investments are in highly liquid and publicly traded securities.

Sentis AG is a holding company established on behalf of former industrial manager Petr Kondrashev.

About Petr Kondrashev

Petr Kondrashev started working at Silvinit, rising through the ranks to become the company’s managing director and a 14%-minority shareholder. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Petr Kondrashev and his co-managers transformed the company and doubled production. He stepped down as managing director in 2008 and relocated to Vienna, Austria, where parts of the Group’s overseas marketing operations were based at that time. He sold his shareholding in 2010 before Silvinit was absorbed by rival Uralkali. Petr Kondrashev has been semi-retired since 2011.
